The Client - Artist Order Process.
Once the purchase is processed, the Artist and Client will be placed in a private chat on our Artist Chat page within 24 hours. A confirmation email containing the chat name will be sent.
1) Create an account on our Artist Chat page
By clicking on our Artist Chat page, a registration form will appear, upon filling it out the Client will be able to browse Chats and Perseus Music will be able to place the Client and Artist in contact.
2) Client-Artist Private Chat
The Client and Artist will be placed in a private chat on our Artist Chat page and both parties may begin communicating.
The name of the chat will correspond to the respective order number.
Within 48 hours of the chat being created, both the Artist and Client must have communicated in the chat.
Failure to communicate within 48 hours by either party will lead to the order being canceled and the order refunded.
3) Product Delivery
Once the chat has been created, the Artist will have 7 days to deliver the finished product.
If the Artist does not deliver the finished product by the deadline, the order will be canceled and the order refunded.
Client - Artist Order Chats are monitored to ensure communication and cooperation, the product delivery is verified before the order is marked as complete and the artist sent payment. Once verified the Client - Artist Order Chat will be closed.

Perseus Music is not responsible for the satisfaction of any finished products
In extreme circumstances, Perseus Music may determine that a Client is to be refunded.At the time, Perseus Music does not provide licensing agreements and upon purchase the Client and Artist are responsible for any licensing matters.
Artist chats are monitored at least twice a day to confirm updates, resolve disputes or encourage deadlines to be met.
Upon a client placing an order, the private chat with the Artist will not start immediately but within 24 hours.
If either the Client or Artist has not responded within 48 hours the order will be canceled and the Client refunded
If the Artist and Client are unable to cooperate in discussing the order, the order will be canceled.
Once the both Client and Artist have begun communication, the Client may no longer request a cancelation for a refund.
The Artist may contact perseusmusichelp@gmail at any point to cancel the order. Upon cancelation, the Client will receive a refund.
If the Artist exceeds the 7-day delivery deadline, the client will receive a refund, however, upon the deadline, both the Artist and Client will be contacted to determine if an extension is necessary.
Client Refund
Clients are eligible to receive a refund if;
The hired Artist has yet to respond or the Client-Artist chat has yet to be created
Once the “Order Discussed” email has been sent, a client is not eligible for a refund unless their hired artist agrees.
The hired Artist has not delivered the product after 7 days of the chat being created
A Client is not eligible for a refund based on their satisfaction with the product
A Client is not eligible for a refund once both Client and Artist have begun communication
In extreme circumstances and cases falling outside of the aforementioned circumstances, Perseus Music retains the right to determine the eligibility of a client’s refund. Such disputes will try to be resolved in other manners first and conducted via perseusmusichelp@gmail.com
