The Client - Artist Order Process.
Once the purchase is processed, an email thread between the artist, client, and Perseus will open
1) Email: Order Discussed
Within 72 hours of the thread being opened, the Artist and Client must have discussed the order, and the Artist ready to begin working.
Clients are only entitled to an email telling the artist what they would like and the Artist confirming understanding (Attach media if relevant). Remeber to leave reviews!Once complete, both Artist and Client must send an email in the thread only containing “Order Discussed” for the Artist to begin working.
Without this email, the order may be frozen, the Client unable to receive the product, and the Artist their payment. Perseus Music will monitor threads to send reminders and mark completion.
2) Email: Product Delivery
Upon both Artist and Client sending the prior email, the Artist will have 7 days to deliver the order.
By the 7th day, the Artist must send an email in the thread only containing “Product Delivery” in the body and the Client’s product attached.
The Client - Artist Order Process and product will be checked by Perseus Music before the order is marked as complete and the artist sent payment.
Ignoring or forgetting these emails may lead to an order being frozen or canceled, a refund being issued, and more.
Artists are encouraged to take their own approach. Aside from the necessary emails, communication between the artist and client is encouraged via additional emails, video calls, and any other methods to best help a Client receive their order and Artist a good rating.

Perseus Music is not responsible for the satisfaction of any products sold
Only in extreme circumstances, Perseus Music may determine that a Client is to be refunded.Licensing
Email threads will be monitored at least twice a day to confirm updates, resolve disputes or encourage deadlines to be met.
Upon a client placing an order, the email thread with the Artist will not start immediately but within 24 hours.
If either the Client or Artist has not responded within 72 hours the order will be canceled and the Client refunded
If 72 hours have passed and communication between the Client and Artist is still ongoing, both the Client and Artist are suggested to send the “Order Discussed” email. The 7 day countdown will begin but it will prevent the order from being canceled and the Client refunded.
If the Artist and Client are unable to cooperate in discussing the order, the order will be canceled.
Once the “Order Discussed” email has been sent the Client may no longer request a cancelation for refund.
The artist will have their amount of consultations listed, it is your responsibility as a client to comply
Artists can cancel the order at any time with the client receiving a refund
Artists will also be notified independently as well of a sale and on order completion.
If the Artist engaged in the Artist Outreach and Client Connection portion of the process but exceeds the 7 day delivery deadline, the client will receive a refund and the artist will not receive their pay-out, even if they have been working on it.
Without any of the 2 emails properly titled, the order may not be accounted for, terminated or marked as frozen by Perseus and the client or artist will have to contact perseusmusichelp@gmail.com to have the order processed.
Client Refund
Clients are eligible to receive a refund if;
The hired Artist has yet to respond or the “Order Discussed” email yet to be sent
Once the “Order Discussed” email has been sent, a client is not eligible for a refund unless their hired artist agrees.The hired Artist has not delivered the product within the 7 days
A Client is not eligible for a refund based off of their satisfaction with the product
In extreme circumstances and cases falling outside of the aforementioned circumstances, Perseus Music retains the right to determine the eligibility of a client’s refund. Such disputes will try to be resolved in other manners first and conducted via perseusmusichelp@gmail.com
